Vietnam team rose 2 places on FIFA rankings; where are the Southeast Asian representatives?

The 2-0 victory over Palestine helped the Vietnamese team move up the rankings of the International Federation of Association Football (FIFA).

As expected by fans, coach Philippe Troussier and his team defeated the Palestine team 2-0 in a friendly match at Thien Truong Stadium (Nam Dinh). Cong Phuong and Pham Tuan Hai scored for the Vietnamese team in the 62nd and 78th minutes of the match.
