Speaking at the conference, Party Secretary and Chairman of Ben Cat Ward People's Council Nguyen Trong An requested that from now until the end of the year, the entire political system of the ward should uphold the spirit of responsibility, be proactive, creative, and focus on implementing key tasks resolutely and effectively. That is, speeding up the disbursement of public investment capital to implement works and projects in the area. Along with that, urgently completing the work of planning and land use planning; strengthening construction order management; promoting administrative reform and digital transformation.
