The working content focused on evaluating the organization and operation of the two-level government model at the local level; preparations for the next term Ward Party Congress; and surveying the actual operations of the Public Administration Service Center.
In Bay Hien ward, comrade Do Thi Ngoc Lan, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Ward People's Committee, said that the Public Administration Service Center received and processed 100% of the records on time, without any backlog or delay, in which all records of birth registration, certified copies, and confirmation of marital status were processed online.
In Tan Son Hoa ward, comrade Truong Le My Ngoc, Secretary of the ward Party Committee, said that in just the first 17 days of operating under the 2-level government model, the center has received and processed more than 1,500 administrative records for people, ensuring efficiency, transparency and convenience. The center also arranged staff to directly support and at the same time increased coordination with functional units such as police, tax and insurance to shorten the time to process records.
Concluding the working session, comrade Nguyen Manh Cuong praised the proactive spirit, responsibility and great efforts of the staff and civil servants in the two wards. He emphasized that the effective operation of the two-level government model requires continuing to promote sharing and solidarity within the leadership team, enhancing professionalism and discipline in performing public duties.
Comrade Nguyen Manh Cuong requested the wards to continue to overcome difficulties, invest in completing information technology infrastructure, ensure stable connection with the National Public Service Portal and the city's data interconnection system, contributing to building a modern administration, better serving the people.
In addition, it is necessary to pay attention to arranging and effectively promoting the team of non-professional cadres - a force with experience, a firm grasp of the area, and playing an important role in implementing political tasks at the grassroots level.
Regarding the preparation work for the Ward Party Congress, he noted that localities need to focus on drafting documents, preparing personnel, promoting propaganda work, creating consensus and momentum in the entire Party and people.
