Kinhtedothi-On the morning of November 15, the Central Committee for Mass Mobilization held a conference to announce the Secretariat's Decision on personnel work. Comrade Nguyen Quang Duc, member of the Standing Committee of the Hanoi Party Committee, Head of the Hanoi Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee, was transferred and appointed to the position of Deputy Head of the Central Committee for Mass Mobilization.

Attending the conference were members of the Party Central Committee: Head of the Central Mass Mobilization Commission Mai Van Chinh, Deputy Head of the Central Organization Commission Do Trong Hung.

Representatives of the Hanoi Party Committee attending the conference were Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee Nguyen Van Phong; members of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee: Head of the Party Committee's Organization Committee Vu Duc Bao, Head of the Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee Nguyen Quang Duc and Head of the Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee Do Anh Tuan.

At the conference, Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee Do Trong Hung announced the Secretariat's Decision to transfer and appoint comrade Nguyen Quang Duc, member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Head of the Hanoi City Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee, to take up work and hold the position of Deputy Head of the Central Mass Mobilization Committee.

Presenting the decision of the Secretariat and congratulating comrade Nguyen Quang Duc on his new assignment, Head of the Central Mass Mobilization Commission Mai Van Chinh assessed that during his work, comrade Nguyen Quang Duc always strived to practice with a high sense of responsibility, was dedicated to his work, performed well the role of leader of the Party Committee and government, and completed well and excellently the assigned tasks in any position.

The Head of the Central Committee for Mass Mobilization believes that Comrade Nguyen Quang Duc will quickly approach the work, and together with the collective leadership of the Central Committee for Mass Mobilization and the units, will continue to excellently complete the assigned tasks.

Head of the Central Committee for Mass Mobilization Mai Van Chinh emphasized that the Central Committee for Mass Mobilization is actively implementing important projects assigned by the Politburo and the Secretariat, and preparing a plan to solicit public opinions on the Draft Documents to be submitted to the 14th National Party Congress. Therefore, it is necessary to supplement leaders and cadres with good moral qualities, qualifications, capacity, dynamism, creativity and a lot of practical experience, who have been developed from the grassroots to meet the increasingly demanding work tasks.

Head of the Central Committee for Mass Mobilization Mai Van Chinh requested comrade Nguyen Quang Duc and the collective leadership of the Committee, departments, units and all cadres, civil servants and workers to continue promoting the achieved results; join hands to promote the tradition of solidarity and unity to improve the quality of strategic advice, professionalism and work efficiency, each cadre strives to fulfill their tasks well to contribute to the excellent completion of political tasks.

In his acceptance speech, the new Deputy Head of the Central Committee for Mass Mobilization Nguyen Quang Duc respectfully expressed his deep gratitude to the leaders of the Party, the State, the Politburo , the Central Party Secretariat, the Central Organizing Committee, the Central Committee for Mass Mobilization, the Central agencies and departments, the Hanoi Party Committee, Hoai Duc district, the leaders, officials of the agencies and the local people where he worked, who always created conditions and helped him grow up.

Deeply aware that being assigned and appointed to the position of Deputy Head of the Central Committee for Mass Mobilization is an honor and an important responsibility, Comrade Nguyen Quang Duc promises to continue to strive, study and practice to successfully complete the assigned tasks. He hopes to continue to receive the attention, leadership, direction and support of the Politburo, the Central Party Secretariat, the Central Committee for Mass Mobilization, central agencies and localities to successfully complete the assigned tasks.

He has held the following positions: Vice Chairman, Chairman of the District People's Committee, Secretary of the Hoai Duc District Party Committee for the 2015-2020 and 2020-2025 terms; Member of the Executive Committee of the Hanoi City Party Committee for the 2015-2020 and 2020-2025 terms, delegate of the Hanoi City People's Council for the 2016-2021, 2021-2026 terms and more than 4 years as a member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Hanoi Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee.
