A large number of people and tourists attended the music night "Hong Bang shines"

(Haiphong.gov.vn) - To celebrate the 79th anniversary of the successful August Revolution, the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2024) and Vietnam Music Day (September 3), on the evening of August 25, at the City Theater Square, Hong Bang District presided over and coordinated with the City Music Association, Hai Phong Radio and Television Station to organize the music night "Hong Bang Shines".

Attending the event were comrades: Le Khac Nam, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee; Le Ngoc Tru, Secretary of the Hong Bang District Party Committee; Do Hong Quan, Chairman of the Vietnam Union of Literature and Arts Associations; leaders of a number of city departments and branches and a large number of people and tourists.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Mr. Pham Van Doan, Chairman of the People's Committee of Hong Bang District, emphasized that the music night program is part of a series of activities to launch a pilot walking street and develop the night-time economy in Hong Bang District; create a place for entertainment and community activities; and improve the cultural and spiritual life of the people. The program has 18 elaborately staged performances performed by musicians and singers, typically the theme songs express love for the homeland and country; praise the port city, the unique features of the land and people of Hai Phong. Typical songs include "The Time of Red Flowers", "Praise to President Ho", "Come to Hai Phong", "My Hometown Port"...

The music night "Hong Bang shines" attracted a large number of people and tourists, contributing to encouraging the entire Party, government, army and people in the whole district to promote the patriotic emulation movement.
