Lai Xuan bridge put into temporary operation from October 1, 2025

Vehicles are allowed to circulate through Lai Xuan Bridge from 6:00 a.m. on October 1, 2025, except for semi-trailers.

Lai Xuan Bridge connecting Hai Phong - Quang Ninh will be temporarily put into operation from October 1, 2025.

Hai Phong Department of Construction has just announced the organization of traffic connecting Provincial Road 352 of Hai Phong city and Provincial Road 333 of Quang Ninh province through Lai Xuan bridge, when Lai Xuan ferry stops operating.

Accordingly, from 6:00 a.m. on October 1, 2025, passenger transport by ferry at Lai Xuan ferry terminal will be stopped. Vehicles are allowed to pass through Lai Xuan bridge, except for semi-trailers.

Organize traffic flow for semi-trailers from Provincial Road 352, Hai Phong City to Provincial Road 333, Quang Ninh Province, two-way in the direction: Provincial Road 352 - Dinh Bridge - National Highway 17B - Da Vach Bridge - National Highway 18 - Provincial Road 333. Or Provincial Road 352 - National Highway 10 - Da Bac Bridge - National Highway 18 - Provincial Road 333.

The Department of Construction requested the City Police to direct the Traffic Police force to inspect and handle violations of traffic safety and order on Lai Xuan Bridge and Provincial Road 352.

The Hai Phong Traffic and Agricultural Construction Investment Project Management Board directs construction contractors to manage and maintain smooth and safe traffic on Provincial Road 352 and Lai Xuan Bridge during the temporary operation period, until the entire project is completed and handed over to the management unit.

Vehicle drivers must obey the commands of traffic control authorities and road signaling systems.
