Bien Hoa - Vung Tau Expressway Project: Disbursement of more than 3.3 trillion VND for Component Project 1

According to the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board, up to now, Component Project 1 of the Bien Hoa - Vung Tau Expressway Project has disbursed more than VND 3.3 trillion of the total capital plan allocated for the project of more than VND 4.6 trillion (including construction and site clearance capital), reaching nearly 67% of the capital plan.

Of the total capital allocated for the project, in 2022, the project was allocated 3 billion VND; in 2023, more than 1.3 trillion VND; in 2024, more than 2.4 trillion VND and in 2025, nearly 865 billion VND. In which, the disbursement results over the years include: in 2022, disbursed 2.5 billion VND; in 2023, disbursed more than 1.3 trillion VND; in 2024, disbursed more than 1.9 trillion VND and in 2025, disbursed nearly 278 billion VND.

Regarding the progress of construction packages, the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board said that currently, package No. 18 has completed more than 22% of the signed contract; package No. 21 has completed more than 49% of the signed contract value. To speed up the project's construction progress, the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board recommends that relevant units promptly complete all site clearance work, especially the relocation of technical infrastructure systems in the project area.
