Weather forecast July 10, 2024: Severe heat in the North

Today's weather (July 10), the area from Thanh Hoa to Phu Yen is hot, some places are extremely hot with the highest temperature commonly from 35-37 degrees, some places above 37 degrees; the lowest relative humidity commonly 50-55%.

The Northern Delta region, southern Son La and Hoa Binh have localized heat with the highest daily temperature in some places above 35 degrees.

According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, tomorrow, the area from Thanh Hoa to Phu Yen will have hot and extremely hot weather with the highest temperature commonly ranging from 35-38 degrees, some places over 38 degrees; the lowest relative humidity commonly ranging from 45-50%.

The Northern Delta region, southern Son La and Hoa Binh have hot weather with the highest temperature commonly ranging from 35-36 degrees, some places over 36 degrees; humidity from 55-60%.

The weather in Hanoi continues to be hot with temperatures ranging from 29-36 degrees. The hot time during the day is from 11am-4pm, with relatively low humidity of 55-60%.

The heat wave in the Northern region is likely to last until around July 13; in the Central region it is likely to last until around July 14, from July 15 the heat wave will gradually ease.

Cloudy, with showers and thunderstorms in some places in the late afternoon and at night; sunny during the day, with some places experiencing heat. South to southwest winds at level 2-3. During thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong gusts of wind. Lowest temperature 25-28 degrees. Highest temperature 34-37 degrees, some places above 37 degrees.

Da Nang to Binh Thuan

Cloudy, showers and thunderstorms in some places in the afternoon and evening, especially in the western mountainous areas tonight and tomorrow evening, there will be scattered showers and thunderstorms, some places will have heavy rain; sunny during the day, hot in the north.
