The enterprises organize the clearing of all the drainage sluices, clean up the garbage at the frog-shaped manholes; remove vegetables, duckweed, and obstacles in the ditches and regulating lakes; prepare auxiliary flaps and sandbags at the tide-prevention sluices. The company's workers organize the stretching of warning ropes at the open ditches.

The company continuously reviews and inspects key areas of flooding to find timely solutions. Pumping station workers work 24/7 according to assigned shifts; develop detailed plans for each department and unit to carry out the task of operating the urban drainage system during the time the storm affects the mainland and after the storm has passed.
