On the morning of October 1, Bac A Commercial Joint Stock Bank, Hai Duong branch, opened Thanh Dong Transaction Office. This is the first transaction office of this bank.

This is the first transaction office of Bac A Commercial Joint Stock Bank, Hai Duong branch after 3 years of operation in Hai Duong province (previously); the 4th transaction office of Bac A Bank in Hai Phong city (3 other transaction offices belong to Hai Phong branch).
