Previously, Tien Phong newspaper reported that Bac Giang province had completed the construction of the approach road and Ha Bac 2 bridge (total investment of more than 350 billion VND) across Cau river connecting Bac Giang province with Bac Ninh province, waiting for the completion of the approach road on Bac Ninh province's side to put the bridge into use.

For the section handed over in July (2.6km), the contractor plans to complete paving with C16 asphalt concrete in December. For the section handed over in August (1.25km), the contractor plans to complete the crushed stone foundation layer and paving with C19 asphalt concrete in January 2025.

Currently, the investor is actively coordinating with the site clearance unit and the People's Committee of Yen Phong district to focus on removing difficulties and obstacles, striving to complete site clearance for the remaining locations in December. Photo: Nguyen Thang

The investor will hand over the site to the contractor immediately after the district-level site clearance council pays compensation and supports people whose land is recovered to implement construction, striving to complete the entire project and open the route according to the signed contract schedule in March 2025, putting Ha Bac 2 bridge into use, contributing to the economic and social development of Bac Ninh and Bac Giang provinces.
