The Provincial Police Director inspected the plan to ensure security, order and traffic safety for the 2025 Ha Long Carnival.

On the morning of April 30, Colonel Tran Van Phuc, Director of the Provincial Police Department, chaired a meeting to inspect plans to ensure security, order, and traffic safety for the Ha Long Carnival 2025.

Through field surveys, the implementation of tasks at the preliminary and final rehearsals, on the basis of receiving the instructions of the Provincial Police leaders and the opinions and recommendations of relevant units and localities, the representative of the Foreign Security Department reported on the plan to assign teams and posts to ensure security and order, traffic safety and order, fire prevention and fighting at the Ha Long Carnival Program in 2025. Up to now, plans to ensure security and order, traffic safety and order, fire prevention and fighting... have all been carefully developed, with contingency plans and ready to respond to any arising situations. The Provincial Police have also mobilized maximum forces, closely coordinated with functional units to organize traffic flow and regulation, promptly handled points at risk of congestion; ensuring safe and smooth travel for people and tourists.

At the working session, the functional departments and police of the wards where the event takes place, based on their functions and tasks, contributed opinions and made adjustments to perfect the implementation plan.

Concluding the working session, Colonel Tran Van Phuc, Director of the Provincial Police, emphasized: leaders, commanders, officers and soldiers participating in the implementation of the tasks must uphold the sense of responsibility. The plans need to clearly assign people and tasks to the teams; maintain a good communication system and reporting regime. For the work of ensuring traffic order and safety, additional parking lots must be arranged; the work of dividing traffic flows must be scientifically organized to minimize traffic congestion, especially during the end of the event. The police of the professional departments and the police of the relevant wards promptly update and adjust the assignment of forces to perform tasks according to the updated plan, ready human resources, vehicles, and technical equipment to ensure security and order, contributing to the overall success of the brilliant, safe and impressive Carnaval season.
