Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee Ho Thanh Thuy presents gifts to students of the Provincial Special Education School
The Provincial Special Education School is a place to teach and train skills for 286 autistic and disabled children, helping them have conditions to study and integrate into the community. The Ca Mau Social Protection Center is currently caring for and nurturing 47 orphans, children in especially difficult circumstances and vulnerable groups.
At the places visited, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee Ho Thanh Thuy kindly inquired about the health, life and study of the children; acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts of the cadres, civil servants and teachers in caring for, educating and supporting children. He also received the proposals of the two units on the needs of facilities and human resources, and affirmed that he would pay attention to directing and supporting them as soon as possible.
The Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board, emphasized that in recent years, Party committees at all levels, authorities, sectors and organizations have always paid special attention to the work of caring for, protecting and educating children, creating conditions for children to have many opportunities for comprehensive development. He hoped that units would continue to maintain a sense of responsibility and build the best educational and training environment for children.

On this occasion, the delegation presented 45 gifts to children in An Xuyen ward's residential area and 352 gifts to children being treated at the Maternity and Pediatrics Hospital, each gift worth 300,000 VND.
Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ngo Vu Thang visited and presented gifts to children being cared for at SOS Children's Village Ca Mau and Nhan Ai Center for Orphaned Children and Disabled Children.

He said that the provincial leaders always follow and pay close attention to the development of children, especially those in particularly difficult circumstances. He emphasized that all levels, sectors and the whole society need to continue to join hands to care for and create the best conditions for orphans and children in special circumstances to live in a safe environment and develop comprehensively both physically and mentally.
