The project is built on an area of about 14,468m2, including 16 floors above ground, 1 basement, with a total investment of nearly 1,180 billion VND, with a scale of 840 apartments, meeting the housing needs of about 2,100 people. The apartments are designed according to social housing standards in the form of apartments, each apartment has an area of 25 - 70m2, ensuring the criteria of being closed and convenient according to regulations. The base block accounts for about 60% and the tower block 35.2%, ensuring ventilation and harmony with the urban landscape. In addition to the apartment area, the project also arranges commercial and service floor space to meet the living needs and create a modern living space for residents.

According to the plan, the investment preparation phase is from the fourth quarter of 2025 to the first quarter of 2026; the implementation phase of technical infrastructure and main construction items is carried out from the first quarter of 2026 to the fourth quarter of 2027. The project is expected to be handed over and put into use by the end of 2027. The project's operating period is 50 years from the date of assignment to the investor.
