The year 2025 is a milestone of special significance, when the Vietnam - Japan Extensive Strategic Partnership continues to be consolidated and expanded in many fields. Hai Phong - a dynamic, modern, integrated Port City - is also affirming its role as an important international exchange center of the Northern region.

In that context, cultural exchange activities like today are becoming more necessary, contributing to enriching the spiritual life of the people, while strengthening the good friendship between the people of the two countries. This event will be a premise for the two localities and countries to continue to organize more rich and diverse exchange and cooperation activities in the future.
