Taicera Ceramics was fined 92.5 million VND for not explaining its after-tax profit.

The State Securities Commission said that Taicera Ceramics Industry Joint Stock Company, located at Go Dau Industrial Park, Phuoc Thai Commune, Long Thanh District, Dong Nai Province, did not disclose information that must be disclosed according to the law. Specifically, the company did not disclose information on the Notice of Meeting and documents for the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in 2023 and 2024.

Taicera Ceramics also did not explain that the 2023 after-tax profit on the 2023 audited separate and consolidated financial statements was a loss, shifting from profit in the 2022 audited separate and consolidated financial statements to loss in the 2023 audited separate and consolidated financial statements.

In addition, the company did not disclose information on time in the 2023 Annual Report, Resolution and Minutes of the 2024 Annual General Meeting. For the above violations, the State Securities Commission decided to fine Taicera Ceramics 92.5 million VND.
