With the advantage of a wide network, a large number of union members and young people with education, professional capacity, ability to access and apply science - technology in business activities, the youth union of the branches of the Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development ( Agribank ) in the province always promotes the spirit of initiative, creative work, contributing to building the cultural identity and brand of Agribank.

In order to achieve the goal of building Agribank culture and brand, in recent years, the youth union members of Agribank branches in the province have continuously made efforts to carry out professional tasks in parallel with the unit's political and social activities, and grassroots activities...

Mr. Pham Ba Tat Tai, a member of the Agribank Thach Thanh Youth Union, said: “Every cadre, member and youth of Agribank strives to contribute to building a friendly, professional and modern Agribank that meets the needs of the people. With the orientation of developing a modern bank, safe, effective and sustainable growth, the youth will be the core force in implementation. Every member of the Agribank Thach Thanh Youth Union always practices and maintains the Agribank cultural identity of “honesty, discipline, creativity, quality, efficiency”; and behaves in a standard manner when communicating with customers and colleagues.

Along with the bank's general business activities, the youth of Agribank branches build a culture, a humane lifestyle, and build the reputation and image of Agribank through community care activities. Outstanding are volunteer activities, participating in movements: "Youth Volunteers"; "Creative Youth"; emulation movements to study, pioneer in scientific research, apply information technology in professional work, handle work, build exemplary models in transactions with customers. Through the movements, 100% of union members and youth demonstrate their role as "Agribank Brand Ambassadors", consultants for relatives, friends, and customers about Agribank's products and services, contributing to increasing customers.

In addition, union members and youth of Agribank branches in the province also actively participate in social security activities, voluntary activities to protect the environment, and respond to climate change, such as: Donating forestry seedlings to poor households in mountainous districts of Nhu Xuan, Thuong Xuan, Ba Thuoc, Cam Thuy; responding to the "Green Sunday" movement with many meaningful and practical activities and programs, such as: "Agribank - For a green future", "Green and clean transaction points and working corners"; cleaning the sea; donating water purifiers to Tho Binh Primary and Secondary School (Trieu Son); donating a children's playground in Thanh Tam commune (Thach Thanh); awarding scholarships and bicycles to poor students who have overcome difficulties in many localities in the province; participating in humanitarian blood donation...

Along with that, promoting the strengths of youth, union members and young people of Agribank branches are always the core force in cultural - artistic, physical training and sports activities, strengthening solidarity, improving the spiritual life of officers and employees; promoting exchanges, strengthening close relationships with customers; organizing and participating in art festivals, organizing sports exchanges, Agribank running competitions...

Through the activities, the youth of Agribank branches in the province have promoted their creative role, pioneering spirit in performing professional tasks, as well as in implementing social security activities, contributing to building the Agribank brand of affection, close to agriculture, farmers and rural areas.
