GSM cooperates with Thai Son Center to create sustainable jobs for demobilized soldiers

On July 30, 2025, GSM Green and Smart Mobility Joint Stock Company and Thai Son Vocational Training Center (under the General Department of Logistics, Ministry of National Defense) signed a cooperation agreement on training and recruiting demobilized soldiers to become regular drivers of Xanh SM.

The cooperation program opens up a practical and humane direction in transferring high-quality and disciplined human resources from the military to the civilian workforce. This is a joint effort of both sides to solve employment for demobilized soldiers, contributing to socio -economic development and spreading the green transportation model in the community.

GSM cooperates with Thai Son Center to train and recruit demobilized soldiers to become regular drivers of Xanh SM.

According to the agreement, Thai Son Center will organize recruitment and car driving training for soldiers who have completed their service, ensuring the quality of teaching according to the standards and regulations of the competent authorities. Students are not only equipped with solid professional skills but also trained in service style, communication standards and discipline. These are the core qualities to become a regular driver in the professional operating system of Xanh SM.

The preferential tuition fee for students is 18,150,000 VND/course, excluding the test fee, driver's license fee and driving practice fee on the touch device. Students can flexibly pay in two installments: 10,150,000 VND when submitting the application and 8,000,000 VND after completing the theory course. Xanh SM can support the advance payment for the second installment for students according to the agreement between the two parties, helping to reduce the immediate financial pressure and demonstrating the commitment to long-term companionship on the career journey of students.

After completing the training course, qualified students will be officially recruited to work at Xanh SM, with competitive income and a professional environment. A team of well-trained full-time drivers, who have undergone training and testing in a military environment, will help improve the quality of Xanh SM's drivers and services, bringing customers peace of mind and satisfaction during their travels.
