Phuc Loi Ward Party Committee: Promoting intelligence and determination to comprehensively complete tasks in 2025

HNP - On October 8, at the Ward People's Committee Hall, the Party Executive Committee of Phuc Loi Ward, term I, 2025-2030, held its First Conference.

This is an important conference to comprehensively evaluate the results of the third quarter, determine key tasks for the fourth quarter of 2025 and approve major orientations in Party building, political system as well as socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security in the coming period.

Reporting on the Party building work, political system in the third quarter and key tasks in the fourth quarter of 2025 at the Conference, comrade Nguyen Xuan Hien - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Ward Party Committee emphasized: In the third quarter of 2025, the Ward Party Committee closely followed the direction of the Hanoi Party Committee to focus on leading and directing the implementation of the 2-level local government model after the merger, achieving many outstanding results.

In particular, the organizational work has initially stabilized. Phuc Loi Ward has established advisory bodies, issued working regulations for the Executive Committee and Standing Committee; arranged and received 97 grassroots Party organizations with nearly 3,800 Party members; successfully organized the 1st Party Congress of the Ward (term 2025-2030). The Party Committee has issued 19 resolutions, regulations, plans, and comprehensively directed all aspects of work, creating consensus among cadres, Party members and people.

Regarding the key tasks for the fourth quarter of 2025, comrade Nguyen Minh Hien affirmed that the Ward Party Committee will focus on leading and directing the implementation of the Resolution of the 1st Ward Party Congress; continue to perfect the organization and apparatus of the political system; direct the successful organization of the Trade Union and Youth Union Congresses; promote administrative reform and digital transformation; improve the effectiveness of mass mobilization work, and promote the strength of the great national unity bloc.

Also at the Conference, on behalf of the Ward People's Committee, presenting the Report on the results of implementing socio -economic, defense and security tasks in the third quarter and key tasks in the fourth quarter of 2025, Comrade Nguyen Thi Thanh Hang - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Ward People's Committee affirmed: After more than 3 months of operation, the Ward People's Committee apparatus has gradually stabilized, effectively implementing socio-economic development tasks, ensuring national defense and security.

In the third quarter, the Ward People's Committee completed 100% of the tasks assigned by the City; issued more than 2,200 executive documents; successfully organized many outstanding activities such as the Cultural - Sports Festival, the 45-day digital transformation campaign, and launched the "Bright - Green - Clean - Beautiful Welfare" model.

Notably, the socio-economic situation remained stable with budget revenue estimated at 99% of the estimate (expected to exceed the target by 16% for the whole year); budget expenditures were ensured in accordance with regulations; trade and services developed, 120 new business registration certificates were issued; safe vegetable and fruit production areas were maintained. Capital disbursement for basic construction investment reached 95% of the plan, ranking first in the City; many infrastructure projects and schools were completed, meeting people's needs...

Regarding the tasks of the fourth quarter of 2025, comrade Nguyen Thi Thanh Hang said that the Ward People's Committee focuses on implementing 12 socio-economic development targets in 2025, completing planning, land management, site clearance, ensuring social security; promoting digital transformation in management and operation; maintaining national defense, security, urban order, construction order, and environmental sanitation.

At the Conference, delegates participated in discussions and contributed frank and responsible opinions to the above draft reports. The opinions focused on key issues such as: the work of building and perfecting the political system's organization; improving the effectiveness of urban management and construction order; solutions to promote socio-economic development, ensure people's social security and welfare; and maintain security, order and social safety.

Delegates requested the Ward Party Executive Committee to continue to pay attention to leadership and close direction, ensuring the comprehensive completion of goals and targets for 2025.

Concluding the Conference, Comrade Nguyen The Thach - Party Secretary, Chairman of the Ward People's Council emphasized: The Conference unanimously approved important reports and clearly defined the orientation and tasks in the fourth quarter of 2025.

Comrade Nguyen The Thach requested the Party Committee, the government, the Fatherland Front and organizations to continue reviewing and perfecting the apparatus of the streamlined political system to operate effectively; Focus on leading and directing the comprehensive completion of socio-economic development, national defense and security targets in 2025; Thoroughly grasp and widely propagate the Resolution of the 1st Ward Party Congress, deploy 03 full-term work programs; Prepare well for the election of National Assembly and People's Council deputies at all levels; organize periodic dialogues between leaders and the people; Promote patriotic emulation movements, create an exciting atmosphere among cadres, party members and people to celebrate major holidays of the capital and the country.

The conference also approved the draft Resolution of the First Conference of the Party Executive Committee of the Ward, Term I, as a basis for implementation in the coming time.

* Also on October 8, the Party Committee of Phuc Loi Ward held a summary of the organization of the 1st Party Congress of the Ward, term 2025-2030. Accordingly, the Congress was successfully held on August 21-22, 2025 with the participation of 168 official delegates. The Congress elected the 1st Executive Committee consisting of 23 comrades, the Standing Committee of 11 comrades; Comrade Nguyen The Thach was appointed as Party Secretary, 2 Deputy Secretaries, and the Inspection Committee consisting of 5 comrades. The Congress passed the Resolution, the action program for the entire term and elected 3 official delegates and 1 alternate delegate to attend the 18th City Party Congress.

Immediately after the Congress, the Ward Party Committee urgently assigned tasks to comrades in the Executive Committee, issued working regulations, built 3 full-term work programs, and an inspection and supervision program for the 2025-2030 period.
