Opportunities to improve skills for young human resources from Vietnam - Germany educational cooperation

On September 20, in Ho Chi Minh City, the Southern Center for Education and Training Development coordinated with An Duong Group to organize a Career Orientation - Study - Work Seminar in the Federal Republic of Germany.

Speaking at the event, Mr. Ho Nhu Duyen, Head of the Vietnam Education Trade Union in Ho Chi Minh City, emphasized the importance of developing high-quality human resources through international cooperation, especially with the Federal Republic of Germany - a country with the leading vocational education system in Europe.

This event is part of a series of activities to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the establishment of Vietnam-Germany diplomatic relations (1975–2025), demonstrating the comprehensive and sustainable cooperation between the two countries in many fields, including education, vocational training and development of highly skilled human resources.

At the workshop, German and Vietnamese partners presented many papers revolving around practical issues such as: recognition of degrees and job opportunities in Germany; training cooperation programs between the two countries; human resource needs in the nursing field..., thereby not only analyzing opportunities and potentials but also providing solutions to increase study abroad and career opportunities for young Vietnamese people in the German market.

The event is a strategic step, contributing to connecting the Vietnamese education system with the training and employment network in Germany, opening up safe and effective international study and career opportunities for Vietnamese students, while also contributing to the development of Vietnamese human resources to access global working skills. In the context of globalization and labor shift, equipping the young generation of Vietnam with skills, foreign languages ​​and international experience will be the key for the young generation of Vietnam to integrate and develop sustainably.
