On the evening of September 30, the Hanoi People's Committee informed that storm No. 10 caused landslides at Hoc Cua Lake (Cua Chu village), Xam hamlet (village 9), village 1, village 6 (Suoi Hai commune) and Yen Son village, Hop Nhat village (Ba Vi commune). The landslides are directly threatening the safety of many households. Therefore, the Hanoi People's Committee requested the immediate implementation of the following emergency measures:
Closely monitor weather developments, landslides and surrounding areas; put up warning signs, stretch ropes, assign guards, and instruct people not to pass through dangerous areas.

Review and resolutely relocate households in unsafe areas. At the same time, propagate to people to recognize the risks and skills to prevent landslides. Cases that must be relocated will be supported with living conditions and resettled promptly.
The People's Committees of Suoi Hai and Ba Vi communes are assigned to organize emergency construction measures when necessary, ensuring absolute safety of people's lives and property.
The two localities are responsible for reporting, inspecting, evaluating the situation, and coordinating with the Department of Agriculture and Environment to advise the Chairman of the City People's Committee to issue a decision to end the emergency situation when the natural disaster is under control...
