Accordingly, heavy rain caused local flooding on many roads such as Phu Dien, Le Duc Tho; some underpasses No. 5 and 6 on Thang Long Avenue (Km9), causing traffic difficulties.

According to Hanoi Drainage Company Limited, due to the influence of storm No. 10, storm Bualoi, and the post-storm circulation, there was rain in Hanoi from the night of September 29 to the morning of September 30.
