Hanoi established 30 professional clusters in communes and wards.

GD&TĐ - The Hanoi Department of Education and Training has just decided to establish 30 professional clusters for preschool, primary and secondary school levels in the capital for the 2025-2026 school year.

In Decision 2431 signed and issued by Director of Hanoi Department of Education and Training Tran The Cuong on September 29, 2025, it is stated that 30 professional clusters will be established in the city for preschool, primary and secondary school levels in the 2025-2026 school year.

Professional clusters are responsible for implementing educational tasks during the school year as assigned by the Hanoi Department of Education and Training and superior state agencies to schools in the cluster.

According to the assignment, cluster 1 includes 4 wards: Cua Nam, Hoan Kiem, Hong Ha, Van Mieu - Quoc Tu Giam.

Cluster 2 includes wards: Hai Ba Trung, Bach Mai, Vinh Tuy.

Cluster 3 includes 3 wards: Ngoc Ha, Giang Vo, Ba Dinh. Cluster 4 includes Tay Ho, Phu Thuong, Nghia Do wards.

Cluster 5 includes 4 wards: Dong Da, O Cho Dua, Lang and Kim Lien.

Cluster 6 only includes Cau Giay ward and Yen Hoa ward.
