Ha Tinh calls for investment in infrastructure of Cong Khanh 3 Industrial Cluster project

The People's Committee of Hong Linh town, Ha Tinh province has just announced the receipt of application documents to be the investor in the construction of technical infrastructure for Cong Khanh 3 Industrial Cluster in Dau Lieu ward.

Cong Khanh 3 Industrial Park has an area of ​​75 hectares, planned with specific boundaries as follows: North: Adjacent to 25m wide planned road; South: Adjacent to 20.5m wide planned road; East: Adjacent to 25m wide planned road; West: Adjacent to National Highway 1A bypass corridor, streams and production forest land.

This industrial cluster will operate in multiple sectors, focusing on light industry, electronics, refrigeration, medical equipment manufacturing, household appliance processing, essential oil products and other supporting industries.

The components of the application dossier to become the investor of Cong Khanh 3 Industrial Park are specified in detail in Article 9 of Decree No. 32/2024/ND-CP and Decision No. 2377/QD-UBND dated October 14, 2024 of the People's Committee of Ha Tinh province, including:

Document requesting to be an investor: According to Form 01 Appendix II issued with Circular No. 14/2024/TT-BCT dated August 15, 2024 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade .

Investment report and map: Determine the location and boundaries of the industrial cluster according to the provisions of Clause 2, Article 9 of Decree No. 32/2024/ND-CP.

Legal status documents: Copies of documents proving the legal status of the requesting enterprise, cooperative or organization.

Documents proving financial capacity: At least one of the following documents: Financial statements of the last 2 years; Commitment of financial support from parent company or financial institution; Guarantee of financial capacity or other documents.

Interested investors are requested to submit their application to the People's Committee of Hong Linh town (through the Reception and Result Delivery Department) during office hours, within 15 days from the date of issuance of this notice.

Previously, in April 2023, the People's Committee of Hong Linh town also announced the receipt of applications for investment in the construction of technical infrastructure of Cong Khanh 3 Industrial Cluster with similar content as this time. The implementation of Cong Khanh 3 Industrial Cluster promises to contribute to promoting the socio-economic development of the region, creating favorable conditions for investors.
