Based on the above "weaknesses", after discussion, Lam's family decided to "put on a new coat" for the village's traditional ceramic products. Mentioning this, Lam continued: "In 2016, the city government created conditions for my father to go to Japan to visit and learn about ceramic production models, especially accessing electric kiln technology. When returning, the whole family decided to invest in buying an electric kiln for more than 100 million VND, combined with glazing with the aim of creating durability for the ceramic products made. However, during the first 4 years of testing, every batch that came out of the kiln was broken into pieces" .
