Ninh Chau Commune People's Council: Perfecting the new administrative apparatus

This morning, July 1, the People's Council of Ninh Chau commune held its first session for the 2021-2026 term to carry out the steps of announcing and perfecting the organizational structure and passing important resolutions.

This is the first session of the People's Council of Ninh Chau commune after merging the old administrative units including Tan Ninh, Gia Ninh, Duy Ninh and Hai Ninh communes. After the reorganization, the People's Council of Ninh Chau commune for the 2021-2026 term has 104 delegates.

At this session, the Standing Committee announced resolutions related to the organizational structure such as appointing the Chairman and Vice Chairman of the People's Council; Heads and Vice Heads of the People's Council Committees; Chairman, Vice Chairmen and members of the People's Committee.

Delegates voted to approve the meeting contents.

The meeting also voted to pass a resolution on establishing specialized departments and the Commune Public Administration Service Center, committees and People's Council delegation groups; the People's Council's operating regulations and the plan for organizing regular meetings in 2025.

Organizing the meeting is not only a legal requirement under the Law on Organization of Local Government, but also an initiating event, shaping the apparatus, establishing the operational foundation for the entire term of the local government in Ninh Chau commune after the merger.
