At Lao-Viet International Port Joint Stock Company, the Disaster Prevention Command has mobilized 100% of its staff to work 24/7, implementing many synchronous measures: bracing factories and warehouses, covering goods, lowering large cranes, gathering vehicles to safe locations, and arranging ships to avoid storms when ordered. The work of reserving fuel, food, provisions and rescue equipment was also completed ahead of schedule. Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan - Director of Lao - Viet International Port Joint Stock Company, said: "We have identified the safety of people and property as the top priority. Since September 26, the entire force has been in position, proactively checking and reinforcing each item. The unit also closely coordinated with the Ha Tinh Maritime Port Authority, customers and related businesses to respond promptly when the storm hits. The goal is to minimize damage, maintain the production pace and logistics chain of the region." All response work to storm No. 10 has been urgently deployed by Lao-Viet International Port Joint Stock Company.
