Training for cultural officers working in new rural construction

(Baothanhhoa.vn) - On the morning of September 10, the Department of Grassroots Culture, Family and Library in collaboration with the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Thanh Hoa opened a training course to improve the capacity of cultural staff working in new rural construction.

Attending the training course were representatives of the Department of Grassroots Culture, Family and Library; Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism; more than 130 cultural officials, village and hamlet chiefs in mountainous communes in Thanh Hoa province.

The training course took place over two days, September 10-11.

Trainees attending the training course will be informed of the following topics: Results of the National Target Program on New Rural Development for the 2021-2025 period, orientation for the 2026-2030 period; Improving the effectiveness of cultural and sports institutions in communes and villages; Introducing some typical models of promoting cultural identity and fine traditions of each region, area and ethnic group. At the same time, guidance on the application of information technology in organizing activities at cultural and sports institutions in communes and villages; professional skills in organizing mass cultural and artistic activities.

Through the training course content, trainees are updated with the latest and most comprehensive information on the results of new rural construction; improve awareness, management methods and skills in organizing cultural, artistic and sports activities to apply to work at the grassroots level.
