From the people's reports, thousands of people from various forces and people have spread out in all directions to search for the Yak-130 plane suspected to have crashed in Dak Lak.

On the morning of November 8, Colonel Tran Thanh Hai, Deputy Chief of Staff of Military Region V, said that air defense forces, military forces , and local authorities are currently participating in the search at the suspected location of the Yak-130 plane crash in Krong Na commune (Buon Don district, Dak Lak province).

Authorities have spread out in all directions to search for the Yak-130 plane suspected of crashing in Yok Don National Park.

"The total force is up to thousands of people. We are actively searching according to the locations and information from local people" - Colonel Hai informed.

The area being searched by authorities is located in Yok Don National Park (Krong Na commune, Buon Don district, Dak Lak province).

According to the reporter's records, on the same morning, at Drang Phok hamlet (Krong Na commune), a hamlet located in the heart of Yok Don National Park, military officers, soldiers, militia and people divided into many groups and spread out into the forests to search for the crashed plane.

Along with that, many detection devices were also mobilized to the forests to coordinate the search for the plane crash site.

Mr. Dao Cong Nguyen (residing in Krong Na commune) said that at around 11:00 a.m. on November 6, he was in his field when he heard a loud explosion on the other side of the Serepok River (in Yok Don National Park).

Mr. Dao Cong Nguyen recounted the incident.

Later, Mr. Nguyen heard that the authorities were searching for the crashed plane. He suspected that the explosion might have been caused by the plane crash, so he went to report it.

"The location of the explosion was about 2 to 3 kilometers from my field. This morning, I reported it so that the authorities could have more information to search," Mr. Nguyen said.

As reported by Nguoi Lao Dong Newspaper, on November 6, Air Force Regiment 940, Air Force Officer School, Air Defense - Air Force organized a daily training flight at Phu Cat airport, with Yak-130 aircraft (serial number 210 D), flying lesson 208, long-distance flight - no-fly zone - through clouds in complex meteorological conditions.

Colonel Nguyen Van Son, Regiment Commander, flew the front cabin and Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Hong Quan, Flight Director, flew the rear cabin. This was the third flight, the second flight of the front cabin pilot in the flight group of the day.

The plane took off at 9:55. At 10:38, when finishing the return flight to land, the pilot reported that the plane's landing gear could not be released. At the same time, he took emergency measures to handle the landing gear release situation but was still unsuccessful.

The pilot reported to the flight commander and was allowed to parachute. The two pilots parachuted at 10:51 at the TB2 Shooting Range, Tay Son, Binh Dinh.
