Xiaomi 13T is equipped with a 6.67-inch AMOLED screen with 1.5K resolution, 144Hz refresh rate, and maximum brightness of 2,600 nits.

In terms of optics, the device has a triple rear camera (50MP + 13MP + 50MP). The front sensor has a resolution of 20MP.

The phone is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 8200 processor coupled with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage.

The smartphone comes pre-installed with MIUI 14 user interface on top of Android 13 operating system out of the box. The device supports NFC and fingerprint sensor placed in the screen.

Powering the 13T is a 5,000mAh battery that supports 120W fast charging. The product will be launched in two colors (blue - black).
