At around 7:00 a.m. on October 3, Coach Kim Sang Sik was present at the University of Science and Technology ( Hanoi ) football field to attend the opening ceremony of the 2025 Vietnam Workers and Civil Servants Football Tournament jointly organized by Tuoi Tre newspaper, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and the Vietnam Football Federation (VFF).
Mr. Kim Sang Sik met with delegates and officials at the tournament.
The head coach of the Vietnam team excitedly took a photo with the championship trophy of the Vietnam Workers and Civil Servants Football Tournament 2025. This is the third consecutive time the tournament has been held.
Before the opening ceremony, Coach Kim Sang Sik read the Tuoi Tre newspaper.
He signed shirts and balls for fans.
Sharing at the opening ceremony, coach Kim Sang Sik said: "The staff, workers and civil servants are the energy and stature of Vietnam. Meeting everyone here in a joyful atmosphere, we, the Vietnamese team, will try to compete well to bring joy to everyone."
After this event, Mr. Kim Sang Sik will move to Thu Dau Mot ward (HCMC) to gather the Vietnamese team to prepare for 2 matches against Nepal in the third qualifying round of the 2027 Asian Cup.

The 2025 Vietnam Workers and Civil Servants Football Tournament is jointly organized by Tuoi Tre Newspaper , Vietnam General Confederation of Labor , and Vietnam Football Federation. This is the third consecutive year the tournament has taken place.
