Construction activities in the city are bustling.

The Da Nang Statistics Office has just announced the socio-economic report for the third quarter and the first 9 months of 2025, showing that construction activities in the city are vibrant, synchronous and have strong influence.

According to data, the total value of construction production in the first 9 months reached 43,602 billion VND, up 28.4% over the same period last year. Of which, the non-state enterprise sector accounted for the largest proportion with 33,025 billion VND, up 36.3%. In terms of construction type, houses of all kinds still dominated, reaching 26,167 billion VND (60%), up 33.2%; the group of civil engineering works reached 11,661 billion VND, up 38.8%.

The commencement and acceleration of a series of key infrastructure projects on transportation, seaports, urban beautification, new urban areas, commercial centers, social housing and educational facilities have helped the construction industry continue to play a key role in infrastructure development and the city's socio -economic growth.

Notable projects include: Lien Chieu port; coastal route, Hoa Lien - Tuy Loan expressway; Capital Square 2 and 3; Regal Complex; Ba Na - Suoi Mo tourist complex... These projects not only contribute to the completion of technical infrastructure, promoting economic, tourism and service development, but also demonstrate the city's determination to build Da Nang into a civilized and modern urban area, maintaining its role as a dynamic center of the Central Highlands region.
