Hoi An calls for businesses to enter Thanh Ha industrial cluster

The City People's Committee said it will revoke investment decisions for businesses and facilities that prolong investment time, operate at a standstill, and are ineffective.

At the same time, continue to speed up investment progress and complete technical infrastructure in industrial clusters to promote exploitation efficiency.

Up to now, the City People's Committee has invested more than 81.57 billion VND to build infrastructure in this industrial cluster and decided to lease land to 40 enterprises and production facilities for investment and production and business; of which 29 production facilities causing environmental pollution in residential areas of the city have been relocated.

The occupancy rate of land for production and business in Thanh Ha Industrial Park is currently over 47%.
