The 2024 National Press Conference is ready before "G hour"

Taking place over 3 days, from March 15-17, the 2024 National Press Festival is the largest-scale event ever, with the participation of more than 600 central and local press agencies, including nearly 300 press agencies, and the Vietnam Journalists Associations in 63 provinces and cities across the country.

Since March 9, the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Transport has directed to ban all vehicles from entering the car lane on Le Loi Street for 12 days to clear the ground for construction of the 2024 National Press Festival.

District 1 People's Committee also issued a document directing functional units to coordinate to ensure security, order, traffic safety, and traffic regulation during the organization of the 2024 National Press Conference.

As of early morning on March 14, more than 100 booths of local newspapers and magazines were nearly completed.

Construction units continue to rush to complete the exhibition booths during the day, preparing for the opening of the press conference on March 15.

To prepare for this year’s event, many units have come up with ideas and prepared many days in advance. Each exhibition booth will have its own style and mark.

This is also the first time the National Press Festival has been held in Ho Chi Minh City. This event takes place under the theme "Vietnamese Press - Pioneering, Innovating for the Revolutionary Cause of the Party and People".

This event will promote journalistic products associated with the work and creative activities of journalists across the country.

Along with local press agencies, there will be 8 special exhibition booths of Nhan Dan Newspaper, Vietnam Television, Voice of Vietnam, Vietnam News Agency, Military Press, Public Security Press, Government Electronic Information Portal, and National Assembly Office.

The 2024 National Press Festival will be a place where economic, political, cultural, social, defense, security, and foreign affairs aspects are expressed through Vietnam's unique newspaper and magazine products.

In addition to the exhibition activities, the 2024 National Press Festival also brings together many unique art programs. Bringing unforgettable experiences to delegates and people attending the press festival.
