The conference heard the announcement of the Decisions of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly Party Committee on the consolidation of the Party Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term. Accordingly, Comrade Phung Khanh Tai was appointed to join the Party Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the advisory and support agencies of the National Assembly Party Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term; Comrade Nguyen Tien Khoa was appointed to join the Party Executive Committee of the advisory and support agencies of the National Assembly Party Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term.
Deputy Secretary of the National Assembly Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the advisory and support agencies of the National Assembly Party Committee Vu Hai Ha presented flowers to congratulate the two comrades who were just appointed to the Party Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term.
At the conference, delegates discussed and learned from experience in advising and serving the organization of the Congress; assigned tasks to be implemented immediately after the 1st National Assembly Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030; decided on the assignment of the Standing Party Committee, Standing Committee, Party Executive Committee of advisory and support agencies for the term 2025 - 2030; reported on the preliminary summary of the work of the past 9 months, key tasks of the work in the last 3 months of 2025 of the Party Committee.
According to the Work Summary Report, in the first 9 months of 2025, the Party Committee Office and its advisory and support agencies advised the Party Committee and the Party Committee Standing Committee to issue 434 leadership and direction documents. Of which, there are 9 resolutions, 5 regulations, 10 projects, 5 programs, 54 plans, 2 instructions, 44 notices, 102 official dispatches, 204 decisions on working regulations, work programs, organization of apparatus, assignment of tasks and personnel to implement work according to the Party Committee's Work Program, carry out assigned tasks in the resolutions, regulations, directives and conclusions of the Central Committee to ensure quality and progress.
The Party Committee Office and its advisory and support agencies also advised and served the meetings and working sessions of the Standing Committee, the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the National Assembly Party Committee, and the Congress subcommittees; advised the Executive Committee and the Standing Committee of the Party Committee to carry out the periodic and ad hoc reporting regime as required and on tasks assigned by the Politburo , the Secretariat, and the Party agencies at the Central level; advised the Executive Committee and the Standing Committee of the National Assembly Party Committee on Party building work.
Regarding a number of key tasks in the last 3 months of 2025, the advisory and support agencies of the Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the National Assembly Party Committee will focus on advising the Standing Committee and the Executive Committee of the National Assembly Party Committee in leading and directing the implementation of conclusions at the monthly meeting of key leaders of the Party and State, resolutions, directives, decisions and conclusions of the Party Central Committee, the Politburo and the Secretariat, focusing on the tasks in Resolution No. 69-NQ/TW, dated July 19, 2025 of the 12th and 13th Central Conferences of the 13th tenure, the strategic resolutions of the Politburo and conclusions; advising the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee and the Standing Party Committee to lead and direct the preparation for the successful organization of the 10th Session of the 15th National Assembly; Coordinate and advise on the organization of the National Assembly Party Committee Standing Committee Conference with the Party Cell Heads - Heads and Deputy Heads of the National Assembly delegations of provinces and cities; advise on the development and promulgation of the Action Program to implement the Resolution of the 1st National Assembly Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030; Plan to study, disseminate and implement the Resolution of the National Assembly Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030; Working regulations of the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Inspection Committee for the term 2025 - 2030; Work program, Inspection and supervision program for the term 2025 - 2030; assign members of the National Assembly Party Committee for the term 2025 - 2030 and documents to lead, direct and organize the implementation of Party building work for the term 2025 - 2030...
