Commendation and award scholarships to students who overcome difficulties

Responding to "Learning Promotion Month" (October 2025), "Lifelong Learning Response Week 2025" (from October 1 to October 7, 2025), on the morning of October 11, the Provincial Learning Promotion Association held a conference to commend and award scholarships to students who have overcome difficulties, studied well, and trained well in 2025.

Leaders of the Provincial Association for Promotion of Education awarded scholarships to students who overcame difficulties to study well.

250 scholarships, each worth 1 million VND, were awarded to 250 outstanding students from 165 primary, secondary and high schools and 2 universities across the province. The support demonstrates the deep concern of the whole society, contributing to encouraging the spirit and giving strength for the students to continue to strive to nurture their dreams, overcome their circumstances, and achieve many excellent achievements in studying and training.

In recent years, the movement to encourage learning, encourage talents, and build a learning society in the province has developed extensively, increasingly in-depth, and brought about practical results. In the 2024-2025 school year alone, the Provincial Association for the Promotion of Learning has coordinated the socialization of tens of billions of VND for the Fund for the Promotion of Learning and Talents. Since then, thousands of scholarships and awards have been given to students who have overcome difficulties and studied well.

On this occasion, the Provincial Association for Promotion of Education awarded certificates of merit to units, businesses, and philanthropists who have contributed and received financial support for the province's scholarship and talent promotion fund.
