More than 130 cadres, civil servants and public employees have had their public service culture, discipline and administrative discipline improved.

From October 20 to 31, the Provincial Department of Home Affairs organized a training course on public service culture; discipline, administrative discipline; and responsibility of leaders in implementing discipline and administrative discipline for more than 130 cadres, civil servants, and public employees of agencies, organizations, and units under the Provincial People's Committee and cadres and civil servants of communes and wards in Tuyen Quang province.

Lecturers from the University of Economics and Business Administration (Thai Nguyen University) discuss and answer practical questions with students.

Accordingly, the students were taught by lecturers from the University of Economics and Business Administration ( Thai Nguyen University) on topics such as: Public service culture; The role of leaders in building public service culture; Communication standards, administrative behavior, public service ethics, office culture; Teamwork skills and building action plans on public service culture at the local level. During the course, students will be able to discuss and answer questions arising from practical situations.

Through training, the team of cadres, civil servants and public employees will be updated and supplemented with new knowledge and skills, improve their capacity to perform public duties, meet the requirements of tasks in the context of building a two-level local government, contributing to strengthening discipline, administrative discipline and improving the effectiveness of state management in Tuyen Quang province.
