Tan My organizes a contest to prepare dishes from green-necked duck.

On October 20, the Women's Union of Tan My commune organized a contest to prepare dishes from the specialty green-necked duck with the theme "Skillful hands - Connecting love".

The Organizing Committee scores the dishes of the competing teams.

The competition has 10 teams, each team has 5 members, participating in 2 parts: Processing and presentation. Teams make 3-5 dishes from green-necked duck in 90 minutes, introducing the idea, processing method, meaning and nutritional value of the dish in about 3-5 minutes. The qualified dishes have delicious flavor, beautiful presentation, ensuring food hygiene and safety.

The Organizing Committee awarded prizes to the teams participating in the contest of preparing dishes from Tan My green-necked duck.

At the end of the contest, the Organizing Committee awarded 1 first prize to the team from Bau, Hung Cuong, Na Mi inter-village; 1 second prize, 1 third prize, 7 consolation prizes and other prizes to the teams participating in the contest. The contest aims to honor the talent and ingenuity of women, create a playground for exchange and learning between the branches. At the same time, promote green-necked duck, a typical product of Tan My commune.
