More than 17,000 tourists go on island tours in Nha Trang Bay

On the morning of September 2, Mr. Tran Van Phu - Head of Nha Trang Tourist Wharf (under Nha Trang Bay Management Board) said that on August 31, more than 4,400 passengers disembarked to join the island tour; on September 1, there were more than 6,500 passengers. It is expected that on September 2, there will be about 7,000 passengers, this number of passengers is not much different from the same period last year.

Over the years, island tours to visit islands in Nha Trang Bay, diving and walking under the sea to see corals, and experiencing mud baths and playing sea sports ... have attracted a large number of tourists to Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa.

To ensure the safety of tourists, in recent times, Nha Trang Tourist Wharf has coordinated with the authorities to develop a plan to inspect and handle cases of non-compliance with the law and regulations of the wharf. In these cases, Nha Trang Tourist Wharf will refuse to pick up or drop off passengers.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Le Thanh - Director of Khanh Hoa Department of Tourism said that before the September 2nd holiday, the Department had sent a dispatch to tourism businesses in the province about strengthening measures to ensure the best service for tourists. Accordingly, the Department reminded establishments to ensure food hygiene and safety, fire prevention and fighting, and ensure safety for tourists in accommodation establishments and tourist areas with water entertainment services, swimming pool areas, etc.
