More than 38 thousand workers of Changshin Vietnam Co., Ltd. were warmed by the Union Meal

(DN) - On July 26, on the occasion of the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union (July 28), the Trade Union of Changshin Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Tan Trieu Ward) coordinated with the company's Board of Directors to organize a Trade Union Meal program for more than 38,000 workers of the entire company.

The Union meal is organized with more abundant and quality food portions than usual, each portion worth 50 thousand VND (normally 22 thousand VND) with support from the Union and business budget. The meal includes rice, braised shrimp, braised meat, boiled vegetables and soup. In addition, each worker is also given a portion of cake and soft drink.

In particular, the Union Meal took place in an exciting and warm atmosphere when company leaders and Union officials participated, talked, and understood the aspirations and thoughts of union members and workers. From there, they understood and exchanged more about life and work, creating cohesion within the enterprise.

Vice President in charge of the Provincial Labor Federation Bui Thi Bich Thuy said that the Union meal with increased food portions ensures nutrition, health, and restores the working capacity of workers; thereby creating trust and attachment between union members and workers with the Union organization and the enterprise.

Ms. Bui Thi Bich Thuy thanked the company's leaders for creating conditions and accompanying the grassroots Trade Union to organize quality meals and hoped that the company would continue to pay attention to welfare, creating motivation for workers to improve labor productivity, and stick with the company for sustainable development.
