Practical care for workers

Creating a healthy spiritual playground, taking care of material life and promptly listening to the thoughts and aspirations of union members, workers and laborers are always the goals that many grassroots trade unions and enterprises aim for. Not only organizing cultural and spiritual activities during holidays and Tet, enterprises also maintain dialogue and receive opinions, thereby contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations.

Create a useful playground for workers and laborers

In order to create a healthy and cohesive playground and bring a meaningful Mid-Autumn Festival to union members and employees, the Union of Pou Hung Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Ninh Thanh Ward, Tay Ninh Province) coordinated with the Company's Board of Directors to organize the 13th Mid-Autumn Lantern Making Contest in 2025 for union members and employees to participate.

The contest attracted 100 teams, each team consisted of 2 members and more than 200 children who were children of the company's employees. With their ingenuity and creativity, the teams brought many lantern products imbued with traditional features. The contest not only created a joyful atmosphere but also helped the children have more interesting and warm experiences during this year's Mid-Autumn Festival. The lion dance performances in the contest made the atmosphere more vibrant, bringing excitement to the children.

On this occasion, the Organizing Committee presented 9 gifts to children in especially difficult circumstances, each worth 2 million VND, and also presented 200 gifts to children participating in the contest, including cakes and lanterns, each worth 100,000 VND.

At the end of the contest, the Organizing Committee awarded 1 first prize worth 1.6 million VND; 2 second prizes, each worth 1.3 million VND; 3 third prizes, each worth 1 million VND and 30 consolation prizes, each worth 500,000 VND. The awards contributed to encouraging creativity and increasing the bond between employees and enterprises.

In addition, the company's Trade Union also gave Mid-Autumn gifts to all union members and employees, each worth nearly 300,000 VND. These gifts were given by union officials and factory managers to each department and workshop to union members and employees.

The Organizing Committee awarded prizes to teams with outstanding achievements in the Mid-Autumn Lantern Making Contest.

The Mid-Autumn Lantern Making Contest at Pou Hung Vietnam Co., Ltd. has become an annual activity, contributing to preserving traditional beauty, while spreading the spirit of sharing and caring for employees and children of the company's employees.

Through these meetings, many problems arising in work and life are promptly discussed and resolved. Employees have the opportunity to directly express their opinions and propose improvements to working conditions; company leaders grasp the thoughts of employees to come up with appropriate solutions and promptly resolve difficulties.

In addition, the Executive Board of the Trade Union and the Board of Directors of Jiahsin Company Limited deployed many channels to receive opinions such as Zalo groups for each Trade Union group, department, workshop, suggestion boxes located at the workplace, Wovo application, hotline, QR code for quick feedback, Trade Union newsletter at workshops, etc. All forms create conditions for Union members and employees to easily send feedback anytime, anywhere. In particular, the use of QR codes to receive feedback from employees on specific issues such as meal quality, factory hygiene, etc. shows the innovation and flexibility in the approach of the enterprise.

Sharing about this, Chairman of Jiahsin Company Limited's Trade Union Nguyen Quan Thuy Quynh said: "All opinions and feedback from members and employees are recorded, classified and handled publicly and transparently by the Trade Union Executive Board and the Company's Board of Directors.
