Notably, in addition to the 2 testing sites in the center of Nha Trang City, the testing cluster organized by Nha Trang University in Khanh Hoa was deployed for the first time in 4 districts of Khanh Hoa Province, each district has one testing site. Specifically: testing sites at Huynh Thuc Khang High School in Van Ninh District, Nguyen Trai High School in Ninh Hoa Town, Hoang Hoa Tham High School in Dien Khanh District, Ngo Gia Tu High School in Cam Ranh City.
"Organizing exam sites in districts, remote areas, and areas far from Nha Trang City is of great significance to candidates and their parents, helping to create favorable conditions for candidates and their families to reduce the pressure of traveling, accommodation costs in hotels and motels in the city. On the other hand, it helps to reduce the pressure of candidates concentrating in Nha Trang City", Associate Professor, Dr. To Van Phuong, Head of Training Department of Nha Trang University, said.
According to Mr. Phuong, this is also a mission to serve the community of Nha Trang University, at the same time aiming to bring the competency assessment test closer to candidates in remote areas - places that have difficulty in accessing educational facilities and services compared to the city. This helps candidates easily have competency assessment test scores to apply to over 100 universities and colleges using this method.
Candidates before the exam
According to the plan, in 2024, Ho Chi Minh City National University will organize two capacity assessment exams and expand many exam locations to create favorable conditions for candidates.
Candidates will take a test within 150 minutes, with a score of 1,200. The test structure includes 120 multiple-choice questions, with three knowledge sections: language use; mathematics, logical thinking and data analysis; problem solving. The first round of test scores are expected to be announced on April 15. The result certificate will be sent by registered mail to the address and phone number declared in the account registered for the competency assessment test.
