According to Lac Hong University, in recent years the school has continuously expanded its exchange relationships with domestic and foreign organizations, agencies, and businesses. Many Chinese language students of the Faculty of Oriental Studies with difficult family circumstances have received scholarship support from the Chinese Consulate General in Ho Chi Minh City and businesses.
Speaking at the ceremony, Ms. Tan Lingyan, representative of the Chinese Consulate General in Ho Chi Minh City, said that she always attaches importance to supporting universities in the southern region in developing Chinese majors, and encourages talented students to realize their dreams through learning Chinese.
The Chinese Consulate General Scholarship is not only a material support but also a spiritual encouragement; we hope that the students who receive the scholarship will continue to persevere, soon become successful, repay the Fatherland, and at the same time become young "ambassadors" to promote the development of China-Vietnam friendship.
