BAU XEO ANIMAL FEED FACTORY WINS TPM EXCELLENCE AWARD 2024

After two rigorous assessments by the Japan Institute of Plant Maintenance (JIPM) in July 2024 and December 2024, CP Vietnam - Bau Xeo Animal Feed Factory was honored to receive the TPM Excellence Award 2024. This is a proud milestone, demonstrating the tireless efforts of the entire Factory team in improving production efficiency, optimizing operating processes and ensuring product quality at the highest level.

TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) is an advanced management method to improve equipment performance, minimize waste and optimize production productivity. Developed in Japan, TPM helps businesses not only maintain stable machine operation but also create a safe, efficient and professional working environment.

Bau Xeo Animal Feed Factory has started implementing TPM since 2018 with the goal of increasing production productivity, minimizing operational losses and improving the working environment. Throughout that journey, the entire Factory team has continuously innovated, applied optimal solutions to improve equipment performance and raise the sense of responsibility of workers.

The TPM Excellence Award is presented by the Japan Institute of Maintenance (JIPM) to honor businesses that successfully apply TPM to production activities. This is the first level in the 5-level TPM assessment system, including:

🏅 TPM Consistency Award – Maintain and develop TPM at a stable and sustainable level.

🏅 TPM Special Award – Special achievement in process optimization and improvement.

🏅 TPM Advance Special Award – Applying TPM at a high level, creating breakthroughs in production.

🏅 TPM World Class Award – The highest level, for businesses that achieve optimal production performance according to global standards.
