Thanh Oai District is about to auction 19 land lots, starting price 5.3 million VND/m2

(Dan Tri) - Thanh Oai District ( Hanoi City) continues to auction 19 plots of land in Do Dong Commune with a starting price of 5.3 million VND/m2.

National Auction Joint Stock Company No. 5 has just announced the auction of 19 land plots in the areas of Man Ca, Man Cong, Ma Man Trong, in Van Quan village, Do Dong commune, Thanh Oai district (Hanoi).

The plots of land to be auctioned range in size from 87m2 to 117m2. The starting price for all 19 plots is 5.3 million VND/m2. The corresponding starting price for each plot of land ranges from about 460 million VND/m2 to more than 640 million VND/m2, depending on the area.

Regarding the auction format, the land plots will be auctioned by direct voting in multiple rounds at the auction and at least through 5 mandatory auction rounds, with a price step of 5 million VND/m2. The auction will be held on December 7.

Previously, on November 16, Thanh Oai District People's Committee reorganized the land auction with the auctioned assets being 25 land lots in Van Quan village, Do Dong commune after nearly 2 months of suspension for review and inspection.

These plots range in area from 83 to 157 square meters, with a starting price of VND5.3 million/square meter. Each plot of land is auctioned by direct secret ballot in multiple rounds with an ascending price method, with a step price of VND5 million/square meter.

The auction attracted more than 400 applications from 111 customers, lasted nearly 9 hours and ended after 10 rounds of bidding.

As a result, the highest winning price was 90.3 million VND/m2, belonging to 2 plots of land in the corner position. These plots are about 114m2 and 129m2 wide, with total values ​​of 10.3 billion VND and 11.7 billion VND respectively, more than 17 times the starting price.

The lowest winning price was 45.3 million VND/m2, belonging to a plot of land also in a corner position, 157m2 wide, or more than 7.1 billion VND, 8.5 times higher than the starting price.
