Indonesia continues to dominate the Southeast Asian championship

On the first day of the Finals, the Vietnamese PUBG Mobile teams did not start well, because in the first 6 maps we did not win any top 1 and the kill rate was not high. At the end of the first day, Team Flash (FL) ranked 10th with 39 points, Team X (STX) ranked 11th with 37 points, D'Xavier (DX) ranked 13th with 33 points. Meanwhile, other regional teams played better, especially YALL from the Malaysian region, which was top 1 3 times and temporarily topped the rankings with 87 points.

The second day of competition was the return of DX and FL, who respectively brought fans eye-catching chicken eating performances and strong acceleration on the race to the championship. The scores were somewhat consolidated when DX rose to 5th place with 96 points, FL ranked 6th with 83 points. However, our biggest rival BOOM is temporarily leading with a difference of 40 points.

Entering the decisive day of competition with a relatively large gap, it seems that the psychological burden has made the players' hands heavier. Our teams did not win any more chicken shots and had to sadly watch BOOM Esports lift the championship trophy.

At the end of the 2024 PMSL SEA Spring tournament, DX ranked 6th with 132 points, FL ranked 8th with 113 points and STX ranked 15th with 72 points. For the two new teams, FL and STX, this is a fairly good ranking because the team has many young players participating in a major tournament for the first time, especially the FL team performed very well right from the League round. In all three weeks, FL participated in Super Sunday and achieved very high rankings to get a ticket to the Finals round.

But for DX, this can be called a setback in this tournament. For a team with a long history of achievements, having won the Southeast Asian championship, the 6th place overall result is a disappointing result for fans. They have skills and experience, but the results are not as expected.

Through this tournament, we see that the players are not in the best form, the decisive moves are not really excellent. There were combats with more people, favorable positions but did not bring back Top 1. Hopefully after 3 weeks of competition in the neighboring country, our young players have accumulated more experience, the veteran players will have more confidence for the next tournaments.
