iPhone 17 shocks with A19 chip more powerful than PC CPU
The A19 chip on the iPhone 17 sets a single-core performance record, surpassing high-end PC CPUs from Intel, AMD and Apple, with only 4W of power consumption.

A result from PassMark just caused a stir when iPhone 17 officially took the lead in single-core performance. The standard A19 chip scored 5,149 points, making it the world's most powerful single-core CPU.
The A19 Pro version is equally impressive, scoring 5,088 points. This chip beat both Intel Core Ultra 9, AMD EPYC and Apple M3 Ultra.
What's amazing is that the A19 only consumes 4W of power while the PC needs 44-56W. Outstanding power saving capabilities help A19 operate at its peak even in the thin and light iPhone 17. The only weak point is multi-core, as mobile chips have fewer cores than desktop ones.
However, the A19 is still considered a leap forward, proving Apple's "huge" chip design power. Dear readers, please watch more videos : Iris scanning tool to verify human | VTV24
