Keysight InfiniiMax 4 Series probes overcome these challenges with a high-impedance probing solution for system verification that does not require loading the device under test (DUT), accelerating design, validation, and high-speed digital test.
Additionally, the device also offers the market’s first RCRC design with a flexible PCA probe, leveraging the natural flexibility of the PCA to reduce stress on the probe’s delicate leads. The removable flexible PCA tips allow the most delicate part of the tip to be removed and replaced.
