Mr. Dang Xuan Phong holds the position of Secretary of Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee

Mr. Dang Xuan Phong, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of Phu Tho Provincial Party Committee, has been appointed by the Politburo to hold the position of Secretary of Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

Member of the Politburo , Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Organizing Committee Le Minh Hung, along with leaders and former leaders of the Party and State and 500 official delegates representing more than 240,000 party members of Ninh Binh province attended the congress.

At the congress, the representative of the Central Organizing Committee announced the Politburo's decision on the transfer and appointment of Mr. Dang Xuan Phong, Secretary of the Phu Tho Provincial Party Committee, to join the Executive Committee and Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, holding the position of Secretary of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term, replacing Mr. Tran Quoc Huy, who was recently transferred and appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Phu Tho Provincial Party Committee.

The Central Organizing Committee also announced decisions on appointing four people to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee, including Mr. Dinh Thi Lua, Ms. Pham Quang Ngoc, Mai Van Tuat and Le Quoc Chinh; at the same time, announced the appointment of the Executive Committee of 100 people and the Standing Committee of 25 people.

Speaking at the congress, Head of the Central Organizing Committee Le Minh Hung sent condolences from the Party and State leaders to the people and government of Ninh Binh province who have suffered a lot of damage due to the impact of storm No. 10.

According to the Head of the Central Organizing Committee, in the period of 2020 - 2025, the Party Committee, government and people of Ninh Binh province have united and achieved many positive and comprehensive results in all fields, especially basically balancing the budget revenue and expenditure.

To continue promoting potential and advantages in the new period, Mr. Le Minh Hung suggested that the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee maintain solidarity and unity within the Party Committee and political system; building a clean and strong Party Committee and political system is the core and key task.

In particular, focus on leadership and direction so that the two-level local government operates smoothly and effectively, is a government level close to the people, directly solves all people's problems, focuses on performing the function of creative government, supporting people and businesses.

Mr. Phong respectfully thanked Mr. Truong Quoc Huy for his dedication and efforts in leading and directing Ninh Binh province to achieve many outstanding achievements during his tenure as Secretary of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee.

Mr. Phong promised the Party Committee and people of Ninh Binh province that he will make every effort to unite and inherit the achievements of previous generations, promote historical, cultural and revolutionary traditions, and be determined to build a rich, beautiful, civilized and happy province.

Mr. Dang Xuan Phong was born in 1972, in Tien Lu commune, Lap Thach district, Vinh Phuc province (old), now Lap Thach commune, Phu Tho province; has a doctorate in economics and a senior degree in political theory.
