Speaking at the opening of the course, Mr. Vu Van Chien, Principal of the Inspectorate Cadre School, emphasized that this is the only class of the year held in a relatively special context - implementing the arrangement and streamlining of the apparatus.
In the current context, Mr. Vu Van Chien, Principal of the Inspectorate Cadre School, hopes that the trainees will overcome difficulties and arrange their work to participate fully in order to make the course effective. At the same time, he asked the lecturers to update information in a timely manner to exchange and share with the trainees, thereby reviewing the entire organizational structure as well as the functions and tasks of the industry, the major orientations of the Party and the State on the revolution of streamlining the apparatus to change the thinking in leadership work so that the inspection industry can have higher working efficiency as desired by the General Secretary and the leaders of the Party and the State.
During the period of 1 month, students will study, exchange and learn in a concentrated form on many topics directly taught by lecturers who are leaders and former leaders of the Government Inspectorate and the Board of Directors of the Inspectorate Cadre School.
The content of the topics and knowledge shared by lecturers in class will equip and help students form a mindset of management, work operation and skills and knowledge at the strategic level of the Inspection sector, such as: Strategic thinking on inspection work of Senior Inspectors; Directing and operating the implementation of state management tasks of inspection agencies; Directing and operating inspection activities, handling complaints and denunciations and preventing and combating corruption of state inspection agencies; Leadership and management skills of heads of state inspection agencies; Directing and operating large-scale inspection activities; Managing and developing a team of inspection civil servants to meet the requirements of performing tasks; Summarizing practices and building institutions in inspection work; Skills in developing projects on inspection work, handling complaints and denunciations and preventing and combating corruption; Risk management in inspection activities...
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Deputy Inspector General Le Sy Bay said that in the current context, not only the Inspectorate Cadre School is facing difficulties, but most agencies, including the Government Inspectorate, are also facing many difficulties that must be overcome. Therefore, in the coming time, the Inspectorate Cadre School will continue to open many training and fostering classes to improve the quality of cadres, civil servants, and public employees for the Industry.
Deputy Inspector General of the Government Le Sy Bay emphasized that the Government Inspectorate's leadership has been and will be very interested in training and fostering the team of civil servants and public employees of the Inspection Sector.
For the course to be effective, Deputy Inspector General Le Sy Bay suggested that the students consider the class as a forum for debate and exchange of work experiences. As the only senior inspector training class of the year "special class" during the transition period, the students strictly follow the rules and regulations of the class and the Inspectorate Cadre School, in the true spirit of the "special class". At the same time, he suggested that the Board of Directors of the Inspectorate Cadre School pay attention so that the students have the best learning conditions and complete the course tasks.
